Welcome to this week’s edition of the Wednesday Motivation Station! šŸ’„

Today’s quotes don’t revolve around a single topic — instead, they’re ones that personally moved me the most this week. No strict theme, just pure impact. I hope they inspire you just as much as they did me while putting this together.

Let’s dive in and get fired up. Enjoy the read, my friends!

Quote 1:

ā€œThe cynics get to be right. And the optimists get to be rich.ā€

- Shaan Puri (entrepreneur, investor, and podcaster on "My First Million")

Cynics predict obstacles. Optimists create opportunities.
Being motivated and focused isn’t about doubting every step—it’s about believing enough to act (act - being the key word here). The optimists don’t just dream; they build wealth and success from that belief. Which side do you want to be on?

Quote 2:

ā€œIf you make something great, the market will come.ā€

- Elon Musk (creator and/or owner of: Tesla, SpaceX, PayPal, Neuralink, X)

Build greatness. The market follows.
Focus on creating something exceptional—because when you do, success chases you. Stay motivated, stay focused, and let your work speak loudest.

Quote 3:

"Creativity starts when you cut a zero from your budget."

- Jaime Lerner (Curitiba's BRT pioneer, park-builder)

Constraints fuel creativity.
When the budget tightens, true innovation begins. Limits push you to think sharper, move smarter, and create bigger impact. Stay focused — creativity thrives under pressure. Embrace it.

On a personal note ā€” Some things happen in life that are beyond our control. We get pushed out of the orbit of what’s familiar and known to us. We’re dragged away from our old selves... This can be good or bad, depending on how we approach the situation, but it definitely impacts our ability to perform the tasks at hand.

Since I’m currently going through such a period myself, I’m really happy that I managed to finish this newsletter on time for you to read. Enjoy!

Feeling like making moves? — Turn a limitation into your biggest creative advantage.

  1. Identify one current constraint or challenge you’re facing—whether it’s time, budget, resources, or something else.

  2. Write down three creative ways you could work within or around this limitation.

  3. Choose one idea and commit to trying it out this week.

Reflect on how this changes your approach and results — then share your experience with someone or jot it down for yourself.

Until next week - share, like and subcribe!

Love you,
Igor
