Itβs Wednesday, and you know what that means. Letβs just dive right into it! π

Quote 1:
βNormal inputs equals normal outputs. Abnormal inputs equal abnormal outputs."
- Alex Harmozi (entrepreneur, investor, author, fitness mogul)
What you sow is what you reap. Have you ever heard this saying before?
Iβm sure most of you have, but sadly, not many of us remember it when it comes to the work weβre willing to put into the goals we set for ourselves. Nowadays, I try to imagine the busiest (and hopefully most productive) day I can picture for myself. One fully oriented toward a single goal and nothing else.
After I imagine this being my maximal effort (my 10 out of 10), I then picture that effort on a scale from 1 to 10β¦ and place it at a 5. What would the effort at this new imaginary 10 look like? Youβd be amazed by how much you can dial the knob up.
Give it a try today!
Quote 2:
"It's hard to build momentum if you keep dividing your attention."
- James Clear (author, habit expert and speaker)
Great inputs, like we just talked about, are just one component of the drive toward success. Brute force and pressure will never work if your attention is spread all around.
Itβs the following calculation that you should apply:
effort + attention = success
Do this, and you can only win in life!
Β
Quote 3:
βFinding your thing is the only true shortcut to life.β
- Shaan Puri (entrepreneur, investor, and podcaster on "My First Million")
Now I want to bring up another super important (and often overlooked) component of success that we get wrong more often than right: finding your true calling. Iβm not talking about what you wish you could be or what you think you should be. Iβm talking about what comes to you naturally and effortlessly. Thatβs your true calling.
So if we really want to crush it in life, we need to expand the calculation one more time (last time, I promise):
effort + attention + true calling = success
Now the calculation is complete! π
On a personal note β Iβm happy to be able to speak of this newsletter as a success for me. I know that success can be defined in many different ways, but for me, itβs the fact that I love sitting here for hours on end, reading interesting content, writing in my own tone and voice, and sharing my takeaways with you. Thatβs what success looks like to me. I might not be a millionaire with it (yet), but I love doing itβ¦ and thatβs the real magic!
I hope I found my true calling π

All that attention and focus at work π
Donβt forget the gentlemenβs agreement β I provide you with this amazing content, and you click the ad below to support this newsletter. The way I see it, itβs a win-win situation. π
