We are just starting baby
Let the motivation run through your veins 🎯🔥💪🏻
It is that time of the week folks. It is that easy math I will do for you every single week: it is my boredom + some God-knows-from-where sporadic wisdom that = your joy. You are very welcome. But nah, for real now, let the MAF beginnnnnnn!

You need to believe it!
Quote 1:
“Everybody has a plan until punched in the face”
- Mike Tyson
For those who don’t know, Mike Tyson was probably the best heavyweight boxer of all time. If this is news to you, welcome to planet Earth, my dear friend. Even though Tyson lost lately against Jake Paul, the introduction still stands 100%. Sorry for not giving in to the hype when a sixty-year-old man loses to a guy in the prime of his boxing career. Am I the only one seeing this prettttty obvious fact? (Crickets…)
The quote, on the other hand, stuck with me for years. It is worth remembering that we might spend days, months, and sometimes even years planning the thing we want to do. But it is once we step inside the ring that is life that we get the true taste of what the fight is about. And in that fight, just as in any other endeavor, we will get punched. And we will get punched hard. So, plan well, keep your guard up, and be ready to get pushed along the way.
In the end, like it or not, life will punch you either way. Might acknowledge it, at least.
Quote 2:
“The hard way is the fast way. Do it right the first time, and you won’t have to do it over the next time.”
- James Clear
It is in human nature to seek the easy solutions, the easy way out, just easy everywhere we can. IIt is modern society’s disease I would say. However, the opposite is what we should lean into. Choosing the hard way and choosing it right away will save you time, effort, and nerves down the road. Trust me, I can also be a little bitch from time to time and did it both ways.
The problems you face might be avoided the first few times, but they will still wait for you around the next corner. They might just be bigger next time around. Don’t be hating problems for this. That is just what problems do - get bigger if not dealt with.
Face your challenges head-on, and you will be better off.
Quote 3:
“Performance equals potential minus interference.”
- W. Timothy Gallwey
I read this quote in the book The Inner Game of Golf back when I was finishing my master’s studies in sports psychology. Reading, of course, everything else except what I was supposed to read for uni, I learned that golf had a lot to teach us about life itself. I know, I was shocked too! But hear me out.
Usually, we parse people around us for how talented they are or even might be aware of the talents we have ourselves. But more often than not, we do not live up to this potential. Now why is that now? Hmmmmm…
You see, the potential is just a charge without ignition, that nice new red Ferrari without the dinosaur juice to make it work, or that jacked Olympic swimmer without a pool. In other words, on its own potential is useless on its own. It is actually what you do with this potential that makes all the difference.
The potential has intent, but you will have to show it the way. Action! Action! Action!

If you paid attention in physics class, you will get it...
See you next week beautiful people!
Love you, Igor
