The end of the year is coming, and as usual, most of us are trying to leave all the baggage of 2025 where it belongs – behind us. Whether it’s workload, personal challenges, or a few bad habits we’re ready to drop, this time of year can feel overwhelming when we frame it as “getting everything done.”
So instead, I want to share three concepts that can genuinely change your life going into 2026 – across all areas, not just one. Grab a pen and paper, and let’s dive right in!
🗳️ Poll: What slows you down the most right now?
Concepts 1: Speed is everything
“Where can I go that will give me 20 years of experience in the next 4?”
- Shaan Puri (entrepreneur, investor, and podcaster on "My First Million")
You are going to fail in life in so many ways. Just make sure you fail fast.
I cannot stress this enough. The more I read, the more I experience, the more I realize: failure isn’t a bad thing. It’s an opportunity to correct your course – to discover where you truly belong and where you’re meant to be.
Once you find the environment that fits you, the next step is simple: align yourself with the greats.
What do I mean by that? Surround yourself with people who are better than you in every sense of the word – smarter, faster, and skilled in areas where you’re not (yet). When you’re surrounded by such people, you’ll be shocked by how quickly you grow. You naturally raise the bar to their level and become the best version of yourself.
Always look for these shortcuts in life.
They will catapult you further than you ever expected.
Concepts 2: Action rather than planing
“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
- Wayne Gretzky (legendary Canadian ice hockey player)
If we want to fail fast, we need to be moving – constantly. It’s funny how this used to come naturally to us. Every single one of us knew how to take action without overthinking. And then, for whatever reason, that instinct faded as we grew older.
Just look at babies. No matter what, they try to stand up and learn to walk. They fall countless times, sometimes even hurt themselves, but they still get up and keep moving. There’s no master plan behind it – just pure trial and error.
So if learning happens through action, then the formula is simple: take the step, observe, recalibrate, and repeat.
It sounds easy, but this is where most people get stuck. They hide behind excuses like: “I’ll start tomorrow… next week… next month… next year.”
Why not start today?
Even better – why not start right now?
Concepts 3: Do what works
“Success leaves clues.”
- Tony Robbins (motivational speaker and leadership coach)
Doing what works sounds simple, yet more often than not, we end up doing a lot… without getting a lot in return.
Why is that?
In today’s world, with an overwhelming abundance of information, it’s actually easy to find out what we should be doing to achieve the success we want. But instead, we often fill our days with tasks that feel like work – but don’t move the needle at all.
Look at the people you admire in your field.
What do they do consistently?
How do they approach work and goals?
What does their day-to-day actually look like?
Success is hard to hide.
You just have to choose to follow the clues and copy what works.
If this message resonated with you, don’t keep it to yourself.
Share it with someone who could use a spark this week.
Let’s lift each other up. 💛
On a personal note – This newsletter itself is a perfect example of action, speed, and execution. For almost a year, I kept telling myself I should start writing about the topics closest to my heart: success, motivation, and winning in life.
I wanted to start in January… because it was December.
I wanted to start on a Monday… because it was Wednesday.
At some point, I called my own bulls**t. I sat down and made it happen. That same day!
That’s why you, my dear reader, get this newsletter delivered to your inbox every Wednesday afternoon now. 😉
Not because I had a master plan.
But because sometimes in life, speed and action need to take the wheel.

Me going into 2026 😂⚠️
