MEET YOUR HOST

I’m Igor, a former professional athlete, three-time world champion, and trained sports psychologist who later moved into business and entrepreneurship.

I’ve spent years performing under pressure and learning what actually drives results. Not hype. Not shortcuts. But clarity, discipline, and focus.

MAF is for people who want to show up sharper in life. Expect practical mindset tools, honest reflections, and a small but necessary dose of humor along the way.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

The Daily Immune Ritual I Trust All Winter Long

Winter is when I’m most intentional about supporting my immune system, and Pique’s Daily Immune has become one of my non-negotiables. It’s the kind of daily ritual that feels supportive, not overwhelming and one I actually look forward to.

What sets Daily Immune apart is its liposomal vitamin C, which helps deliver nutrients more effectively to your bloodstream and immune cells, where they can truly do their job. I notice the difference in how steady and resilient I feel, especially during colder months when my body needs extra support. The addition of elderberry gives it that extra layer of seasonal immune defense I trust.

Daily Immune supports my everyday immunity, collagen production, skin resilience, and antioxidant protection all in one simple step. I love that it fits seamlessly into my routine and tastes bright and refreshing.

Winter wellness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective. For me, Daily Immune is an easy, consistent way to feel supported, strong, and cared for all season long

“The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.”

- Phil Night

Deep dive

Nothing happens without starting. And every powerful start begins small. Smaller than you think. Small enough that there is no excuse not to begin.

The goal is not momentum. The goal is a vote for the process you are stepping into.

Take the smallest step possible. Repeat it. Baby steps compound. Mountains move.

"Before you discover what you love: fewer commitments, more experiments.
After you discover what you love: fewer experiments, more commitments."

- James Clear

Deep dive

This quote is beautiful because it removes confusion.

In the beginning, your job is not to optimize. Your job is to explore. Try things. Stay light. Collect data on yourself.

Once you find the thing that pulls you in, the rules change. Then it is time to commit fully and execute relentlessly.

Search first. Commit second. That is how progress accelerates.

“The best thing that ever happened to me is not having a father.”

- Hayes Bernard

Deep dive

This quote can be easily misunderstood, so I want to share my take as someone who lost his father at an early age.

The point is not to wish for loss. It is to recognize what that loss shaped in you.

I lost guidance and protection. I also gained responsibility, independence, and strength earlier than most. I had to fight my own battles and grow up fast.

It was not easy. But it made me the man I am today.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

If this newsletter has ever helped you think, act, or stay focused, please share it with one person this week and invite them to subscribe.

That would mean more to me than any gift.
