MEET YOUR HOST
Iām Igor, a former professional athlete, three-time world champion, and trained sports psychologist who later moved into business and entrepreneurship.
Iāve spent years performing under pressure and learning what actually drives results. Not hype. Not shortcuts. But clarity, discipline, and focus.
MAF is for people who want to show up sharper in life. Expect practical mindset tools, honest reflections, and a small but necessary dose of humor along the way.
If that resonates, youāre in the right place.

TODAYāS TOPIC
š§ WINNERS DONāT RELY ON MOTIVATION. THEY RELY ON PATTERNS.
We all have big plans. Big goals. Big visions.
But none of that matters if your daily actions donāt back it up.
At the end of the day, you are not what you want ā you are what you repeatedly do.
"You are not your grand plans. You are your daily patterns."
Deep dive
Let me ask you a question: How do you spend your day? What do you focus on? How much of it goes toward your dreams?
Be honest when answering this question, and we are already off to a good start here š
āWhat gets measured gets changed.ā
Deep dive
Now that you have answered the first questions and understood where your time and focus go every day, ask yourself: How can you better measure and have a good overview of the action points and their execution? Can you measure your progress every day? How?
āMind control is the result of self-discipline and habit. You either control your mind or it controls you. There is no halfway compromise.ā
Deep dive
So by this point, firstly, you know how you are spending your time and you can fine-tune it towards your goals. Secondly, you have got the system set in place on how to measure daily progress. Now comes the final step: taking control of your mind.
Actually, this is much easier than it seems. By becoming the person that does the important thing and does it daily, you will automatically become the person who is in control. Yes, you can take control of your actions, habits, and ultimately your mind š¤©.
š ON A PERSONAL NOTE
Easy Life or Hard Life?
Every time I consistently chose to do the hard thing and stick to the plan, a good life followed. Good results, a sense of accomplishment, and overall satisfaction. I also had periods of my life where I chose to do the easy things, and that was followed by only negative outcomes and feelings.
You get to choose every day and in every moment which path you want to take. It is never too late to make a good choice and set up systems that work for you. Do it today!
