And trust me, as a former professional athlete, I can tell you:
that thought visited my mind many times when I woke up at 5:45 a.m. to train.

I thought it.
I just never said it.

And more importantly:
I never let it affect my responsibility to get my shit together and show up.

Everything worth doing in life is connected to growth and growth always comes with problems. In the end, problems are the north star that gives our work meaning and direction. They show us what matters and where we need to improve. So instead of avoiding them or complaining about them, we should use them. If every meaningful goal requires solving hard things, then problems aren’t obstacles. They are the path. Stop tolerating them. Start embracing them.

More often than not, it is the tedious work done day in and day out that creates the foundation for growth. Like a pyramid, without a solid base, nothing lasting can be built on top. ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I am actually lazy 😬

If you are reading this and know me personally, you probably think I am a natural doer. And yes, that is partly true. But deep down, I am incredibly lazy. It is almost funny how much I have achieved despite that. The difference is not talent or motivation. It is awareness. I know my default state, and I deliberately build environments, systems, and goals that keep me moving forward. Productivity is not automatic. It is a choice we have to make every day. We have to claim it. We have to own it.
