MEET YOUR HOST
Iβm Igor, a former professional athlete, three-time world champion, and trained sports psychologist who later moved into business and entrepreneurship.
Iβve spent years performing under pressure and learning what actually drives results. Not hype. Not shortcuts. But clarity, discipline, and focus.
MAF is for people who want to show up sharper in life. Expect practical mindset tools, honest reflections, and a small but necessary dose of humor along the way.
If that resonates, youβre in the right place.

TODAYβS TOPIC
π§ WINNERS DO NOT WAIT TO FEEL GOOD.
It sounds easy.
Itβs anything but.
We base our actions far too often on how we feel in the moment.
But have you ever heard a professional athlete wake up and say,
βI donβt feel like working out todayβ?
No. You havenβt.
And trust me, as a former professional athlete, I can tell you:
that thought visited my mind many times when I woke up at 5:45 a.m. to train.
I thought it.
I just never said it.
And more importantly:
I never let it affect my responsibility to get my shit together and show up.
Today, letβs explore this mindset.
βProblems are your friend. You don't want to just tolerate your problems. You want to love problems.β
Deep dive
Everything worth doing in life is connected to growth and growth always comes with problems. In the end, problems are the north star that gives our work meaning and direction. They show us what matters and where we need to improve. So instead of avoiding them or complaining about them, we should use them. If every meaningful goal requires solving hard things, then problems arenβt obstacles. They are the path. Stop tolerating them. Start embracing them.
Love your problems.
βYou canβt get bored with doing the thing that leads to great result.β
Deep dive
More often than not, it is the tedious work done day in and day out that creates the foundation for growth. Like a pyramid, without a solid base, nothing lasting can be built on top. The habits and actions that brought you this far are the same ones that will take you further. Do not forget them. Do not neglect them. Execute them regardless of how you feel.
Do the things that lead to greatness. Every day.
"Inspiration is a guest that does not willingly visit the lazy."
Deep dive
Greatness is built through movement and action. It is in doing that we discover what we want and what we do not want. Clarity comes from experience, not from thinking. And it is through consistent activity that inspiration shows up. Do not wait for it. Earn it.
Move first, and let inspiration meet you on the way.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
I am actually lazy π¬
If you are reading this and know me personally, you probably think I am a natural doer. And yes, that is partly true. But deep down, I am incredibly lazy. It is almost funny how much I have achieved despite that. The difference is not talent or motivation. It is awareness. I know my default state, and I deliberately build environments, systems, and goals that keep me moving forward. Productivity is not automatic. It is a choice we have to make every day. We have to claim it. We have to own it.
