Quote 1:
“If you want to master something teach it. The more you teach, the better you learn. Teaching is the powerful tool to learning.”
- Richard Feynman (renowned physicist and Nobel laureate)
To be at the top of your game, you need to master your craft. And what better way to master any skill than by articulating, demonstrating, and teaching it to others? The ability to teach not only deepens your understanding but also tests your capabilities and knowledge. So, the next time you aim to excel at something, challenge yourself to teach those around you and see how far your expertise can go.
Quote 2:
“You don't need to be perfect. You need to do what you said you would do.”
- Stijn Noorman (digital creator and educator)
Oftentimes, we start new projects, ideas, or changes in our lives with a lot of enthusiasm. However, enthusiasm, like everything else in life, comes and goes. There’s no point in getting angry or annoyed about it—it’s simply the way people are wired. Once you make peace with this fact, you can approach new challenges with a more sustainable mindset.
The next time you tackle something new, cut your initial plan in half. But here’s the trick: show up consistently and do what you said you would. You’d be surprised how little effort it takes to move the needle in the right direction and feel a sense of accomplishment.
Quote 3:
“If you do not actively choose a better way, then society, culture, and the general inertia of life will push you into a worse way. The default is distraction, not improvement.”
- James Clear (author, habit expert and speaker)
Lead a intentionalit and mindful life. Without actively steering your life in a purposeful direction, external forces—like societal norms, cultural expectations, and life's natural tendency toward convenience and distraction—will determine your path, often leading to stagnation or decline rather than growth.

This is just sooo true 😂
Baby steps.
Love you, Igor
