MEET YOUR HOST
Iβm Igor, a former professional athlete, three-time world champion, and trained sports psychologist who later moved into business and entrepreneurship.
Iβve spent years performing under pressure and learning what actually drives results. Not hype. Not shortcuts. But clarity, discipline, and focus.
MAF is for people who want to show up sharper in life. Expect practical mindset tools, honest reflections, and a small but necessary dose of humor along the way.
If that resonates, youβre in the right place.

TODAYβS TOPIC
π§ WE OFTEN BLAME OURSELVES WHEN MOTIVATION DROPS
Many people spend years searching for their purpose as if it is something hidden waiting to be discovered.
But purpose rarely appears.
It is built through action, responsibility, and the problems you decide to take on.
The moment you stop searching and start creating, life becomes a lot clearer.
βThe meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.β
Deep dive
We all have them, whether big or small. There is something special in each and every one of us. It is our responsibility to discover what that unique thing is and share it with the world.
Only then will we truly live up to our potential. First comes the discovery, and then comes sharing it with the people around us.
βDo not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person.β
Deep dive
History remembers the big players and big names who made major changes, shifts, or discoveries. However, they were all, just like you and me, simply human beings.
Start somewhere. Start anywhere.
It is the small steps, accumulated over time, that truly add up and make the difference.
βYou donβt find purpose. You create it.β
Deep dive
Many of us get stuck trying to find our purpose in life. I know I have fallen into this trap countless times. However, purpose is not something we simply run into. It is something we discover as we go and take action.
Only then will you find your true purpose: when you start creating it.
π ON A PERSONAL NOTE
What Iβve Realized About Purpose
A big realization for me over the years was that purpose does not suddenly appear.
When I was rowing professionally, there was no moment where someone handed me a clear direction. It came from showing up every day, training, competing, and slowly realizing what kind of person I wanted to become.
The same is true now in business, writing this newsletter, and building new things.
Purpose is not something you wait for.
It is something you build through the work you decide to do.
And most of the time it only becomes clear after you have already started.
