Quote 1:

“You can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first.”

- Unknown

First things first. How are you today? Feeling great or tired? Are you at your 100% today?

So often, it comes to the point where we get lost in our to-do lists, countless chores, and all the random things that fill up our time. And when the day is finally over, we realize there was hardly any “me time” in it.

You’re someone who wants more out of life. I know it! After all, you wouldn’t be reading this newsletter if that weren’t the case. But how can we become amazing performers in any area of life if we don’t give our mind, body, and soul the time to rest, recharge, and simply be?

Take time for yourself.
Take care of yourself.
You are responsible for yourself.

Quote 2:

“Your level of success will seldom exceed your level of personal development.”

- Jim Rohn (motivational speaker, entrepreneur, philosopher, mentor, author)

I strongly believe that in order to be great at anything we do, we first need to be great human beings. That means working on personal growth. Any time and money invested in this area are time and money well spent. After all, you are the sum of all your qualities, and they shine wherever you go.

That being said, if you choose not to grow and develop yourself beyond where you are right now, chances are it will also limit your capacity for professional growth. So…

Take that group session.
Book that 1-on-1 coaching.
Read that book that opens your eyes.

Who knows, you might even discover a cool part of your personality you weren’t even aware of.

Quote 3:

“Your mind is the greatest asset you can ever have. Feed it well.”

- Brian Tracy (author, speaker, coach, strategist)

As usual, I’ve saved the best for last.

We live in an era of information overflow, where everything and everyone is fighting for our attention. Social media, news outlets, commercials of all sorts… it’s like Las Vegas on steroids, 24/7. The inputs are constant and overwhelming.

That being said, we need to do something about this craziness if we want to make the best out of the times we live in. But how? What do you think? What can we do today to counter this situation?

Hit “reply” if you have an idea. I’d really love to hear your thoughts.

ANNOUNCEMENTI’ve been thinking a lot lately about focus and how we can get better at it, so I decided to create a “7-Day Focus Challenge” for you, my dear readers.

We’ll have a daily email with some polished knowledge, a short video, daily quests, and a Focus Journal to help you track your progress. For the readers who decide to embark on this journey with me, there will also be a chat group where the community can support each other, as well as a live Q&A session on day 7.

I hope you’re as excited about it as I am while preparing it!

P.S. I love announcing things on my newsletter, since then I know I have to live up to the promise. ADHD will have to take a back seat for this one. 😂

Stay tuned!

All about that “Me Time” lol
