MEET YOUR HOST

I’m Igor, a former professional athlete, three-time world champion, and trained sports psychologist who later moved into business and entrepreneurship.

I’ve spent years performing under pressure and learning what actually drives results. Not hype. Not shortcuts. But clarity, discipline, and focus.

MAF is for people who want to show up sharper in life. Expect practical mindset tools, honest reflections, and a small but necessary dose of humor along the way.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

TODAY’S TOPIC

🧠 WE ALL FAIL. AND THAT IS OK.

Going into today’s newsletter, I’d like you to think about the following: how often have you failed and stayed stuck in that emotional state of despair? Did it serve you well? Probably not.

Let’s see how we can bounce back faster going forward! 💪

“There is no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge.”

- Napoleon Hill

Deep dive

How often have you stood in front of a task and thought to yourself, “No way I can do this”? Or, on the opposite side, thought, “This is easy,” while others around you felt it was extremely hard?

Guess what? In both situations, you are probably right.

The limitations we acknowledge are mostly in our head.

"The secret to winning is learning how to lose. That is, learning to bounce back from failure and disappointment – undeterred – and continuing to steadily march toward your potential. Your response to failure determines your capacity for success."

- James Clear

Deep dive

It is easy to be good and to win. What is hard is to fail and deal with hardship. Your capacity for success is directly determined by your ability to respond to failure.

Bounce back fast.

“Paths are made by walking.”

- Unknown

Deep dive

Ultimately, success is determined by your ability to move—and, if possible, to move fast. When you move fast, you fail fast. When you fail fast and can bounce back, you learn fast. And when you keep doing that, success becomes only a matter of time.

Keep moving. And move fast.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

The Job That Pays the Bills

Some of you probably don’t know this, but I work in sales as my main job. Gotta pay the bills somehow, lol. 😄 And looking back, the main lesson I’ve learned in this role (more than ever before) is that speed and failing fast are key to success.

It’s better to move and make a mistake than not move at all. In the end, you either succeed or you learn something new.
