MEET YOUR HOST
I’m Igor, a former professional athlete, three-time world champion, and trained sports psychologist who later moved into business and entrepreneurship.
I’ve spent years performing under pressure and learning what actually drives results. Not hype. Not shortcuts. But clarity, discipline, and focus.
MAF is for people who want to show up sharper in life. Expect practical mindset tools, honest reflections, and a small but necessary dose of humor along the way.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

An in-person event will take place in Berlin on June 27th.
Set your calendars and book your tickets early if you’re traveling from abroad.
Seats will be extremely limited to ensure high-quality interaction in a small, curated group.
A full breakdown of what the event will include is coming in the next newsletter.
TODAY’S TOPIC
🧠 Most people search for meaning first
They want clarity on who they are and what their life is about.
But meaning doesn’t come first.
Structure does.
What you do daily becomes your identity.
And your identity shapes what feels meaningful.
No structure leads to chaos.
Chaos leads to confusion.
And confusion makes everything feel meaningless.
If you want direction, don’t start with purpose.
Start with structure.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
Deep dive
A lot of your actions run on autopilot. Patterns you don’t see shape the results you get. And because you don’t see them, you call it fate.
Start paying attention. Your reactions, your habits, your defaults. Awareness turns reaction into choice. And that’s where change begins.
“What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while.”
Deep dive
Big actions feel important, but they rarely last. What actually shapes your life is what you do daily.
Small, consistent actions build structure. And structure builds identity. It’s not about intensity. It’s about consistency.
“First we make our habits, then our habits make us.”
Deep dive
In the beginning, habits take effort. You have to force them.
But over time, they become automatic. What once required discipline becomes who you are.
Choose carefully. Because eventually, your habits will define you.
📌 ON A PERSONAL NOTE
“Becoming” a different version of myself
In the last newsletter, I mentioned my new job and working a lot, and how this new reality made me use my time more wisely.
It did feel like a lot when I started new actions and created new habits. But now, two months in, where my habits have taken over, this new version of me is becoming my identity. And I love it!
